Reference regulations in Colombia
In Colombia, fire protection in buildings is mainly governed by NSR-10 (Title J). NFPA standards are commonly used as a reference for system and equipment design, for example NFPA 13 for sprinklers, NFPA 14 for standpipes and hose cabinets, and NFPA 20 for fire pumps. The fire department of each city may require a technical inspection of the system.
